Ministry Teams Our church uses ministry teams to help distribute the work of the church among the people. Each ministry team has a specific area of expertise, although many of our church functions involve the cooperation of multiple teams. Some of our teams meet monthly, others meet quarterly, and some meet as needed. Membership on a ministry team is voluntary: show up to a meeting and you can be a part of the team!
