The Property Team shall oversee the upkeep, general maintenance, and repair of the building and grounds of the church.
 

Responsibilities & Duties

• Property Team will identify, prioritize, and direct all maintenance and repair/replacement projects of the church.

• Property team to ensure that the building is ready for all church-related activities and that it is properly secured when services are not occurring.

• Property team to contract with outside vendors when repairs are beyond the scope of the team’s ability, time commitment, or workload.

• Property team to inspect property and grounds periodically to see what needs attention

• Property team to plan for and stock all cleaning and paper supplies.
